IT Workplace Intern

Location: Paris, France; hybrid

What you will do

• Define and maintain IT workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Handle hardware, software, and network support requests through resolution.
• Set up macOS laptops for employees.
• Roll out IT security policies covering patch compliance, access management, and security hygiene.
• Build automation to reduce manual work and improve the efficiency and scalability of IT operations.

Requirements

• Currently completing studies in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Seeking an end-of-studies internship.
• Foundational understanding of operating systems and networking.
• Comfortable working in English.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar identity management tools.
