Engineering Manager, Cloud Storage

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a mixed team of software and infrastructure engineers.
• Define the strategic roadmap, architecture patterns, capacity planning, and evolution of the cloud storage ecosystem.
• Oversee integration libraries, APIs, golden paths, and self-service tooling that accelerate product development.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across SQL, NoSQL, search, and object storage layers.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and replace manual requests with automated platform solutions.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering and platform or infrastructure engineering background.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager managing people, performance, and complex technical projects.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Aurora, SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, Solr, and object storage at scale.
• Experience maintaining integration libraries or internal developer platforms for software engineers.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI/LLMs, automation, and modern development tools.
• Fluent English required for collaboration in a global environment.
