Senior Process Integration Engineer (RFSOI)

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance requirements.
• Design, execute, and analyze design of experiments.
• Partner with process module engineers to improve device and yield performance.
• Own and drive technical process problem solving and continuous process improvement.
• Establish technology design rules, test structures, and test methodologies.
• Interact with internal and external customers and respond to technical queries.

Requirements

• Degree or master's qualification in electrical or electronics engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least four years of relevant experience with a degree.
• Wafer fabrication process integration experience.
• Strong analytical, optimization, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics or RF fundamentals, including S-parameters.
• Independent, resourceful approach and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
