Salary: $133,800 - $255,200 USD

What you will do
- Lead engineering projects focused on yield improvement, device targeting, and performance optimization across products.
- Execute comprehensive feasibility studies and experiments to ensure robust integration throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Technology Development and Yield Teams to optimize and qualify emerging semiconductor technologies.
- Develop integrated process solutions encompassing module equipment selection, material optimization, and process design.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning to large datasets to extract actionable manufacturing insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of yield and performance challenges.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience with a focus on Process Integration development and customization.
- Proven experience in large-volume manufacturing environments and deep understanding of fab processes.
- Expertise in device physics, interconnects, and critical parameter control.
- Experience using big data analysis to resolve process and manufacturing challenges.
- Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model at designated sites.
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in a STEM-related field.
- Experience in FEOL/BEOL process optimization and new semiconductor technology development.
- Background in power-performance optimization strategy.
- Exposure to foundry ecosystem operations and customer requirements.
- Experience in fabrication process engineering (lithography, dry etch, wet cleaning, diffusion, deposition, CMP).
