Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

hirify.global operates a semiconductor manufacturing facility where production planning supports daily manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
• Monitor WIP levels, production flow, cycle time, output, utilization, and on-time delivery performance.
• Adjust schedules to address equipment downtime, material shortages, engineering holds, and changing priorities.
• Reduce SAP system delinquency by resolving overdue orders, open transactions, and data discrepancies.
• Manage EOL processes, including last-time-buy schedules, phase-out timelines, inventory drawdown, and cross-functional communication.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, sales, and supply chain teams to resolve conflicts and improve planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management.
• Experience with SAP order management and EOL or product lifecycle processes is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, WIP management, cycle time, and lot-based scheduling.
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Promis, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills; semiconductor manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
