What you will do
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers (CMs) to provide same-day commitments and maintain commitment accuracy.
- Execute supply planning for retail fulfillment and ensure consigned parts are available before loading.
- Maintain accurate inventory and work-in-process records, identify gaps, and improve inventory management.
- Coordinate weekly build plans and commitments with CMs and the Asia planning team.
- Participate in weekly CM performance reviews and prepare monthly and quarterly scorecards.
- Prepare for and participate in CM quarterly business reviews and operations quarterly executive reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in production planning or a related specialty.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with dashboard reporting and transforming data into visual presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, listening, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence, coordinate, and manage the efforts of others while delivering consistent results.
