Support Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Lead Field Service Engineers and hirify.global Service Providers through partner companies.
• Oversee installation, repair, calibration, implementation, and customer support for hirify.global and non-hirify.global products and systems.
• Drive customer-focused service programs using escalation processes and customer feedback.
• Manage financial metrics, operational efficiency, service capacity, and costs.
• Partner with Sales and other functions to support customer satisfaction and profitable revenue growth.
• Optimize daily service operations, technology usage, quality tools, and delivery-process compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or engineering field, or relevant work experience.
• 8–10+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products and brands and an understanding of field service organizations.
• Experience with financial decision-making, operational management, and technical resource planning.
