Night Shift Build Operations Manager

What you will do

• Supervise employees across assembly, inspection, testing, final testing, and related production operations.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational performance metrics, lead milestone meetings, and improve cycle-time performance.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Optimize production capacity and implement processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting manufacturing data.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective-action, training, coaching, hiring, and performance-management activities.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the relevant job family, with basic knowledge of related job families.
• Experience setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to communicate tactfully about sensitive issues and interact with customers, vendors, or suppliers.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in tight spaces, including bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to work with noise, distinguish colors, use hand and power tools, and wear required cleanroom PPE.
