Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco

Salary: $140,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead technical conversations during sales cycles and remove technical blockers to secure contracts.
• Write production-quality code for customer-specific integrations, proof-of-concepts, and implementations.
• Architect customer deployments and troubleshoot complex issues within their environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa for stakeholders.
• Surface customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and engineering priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid work.
• Ability to write production-quality code across the stack.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in sales cycles or technical implementations.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.
