Solution Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom — Remote; willingness to travel within the UKI region approximately 25% is required.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to lead customer engagements from discovery through solution design and technical validation.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business goals, challenges, and success criteria.
• Design, whiteboard, and present solution architectures for technical and business stakeholders.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Build technical relationships with customers, prospects, and partners, including support for RFx responses.
• Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams and participate in industry events.

Requirements

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes and customer value.
• Strong listening, presentation, storytelling, communication, and discovery skills.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, REST, JSON, and web technologies.
• Experience in cybersecurity, digital identity, authentication, fraud prevention, or related domains.
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or a similar language, plus confident communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
• Mobile application development experience.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
