Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is building an AI-native Identity Operating System for enterprise identity security, combining an AI connector framework, a live identity graph, and AI agents for identity lifecycle governance.

What you will do

• Run technical discovery calls to assess prospects' on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and custom application identity coverage.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations covering access reviews, just-in-time requests, and lifecycle management for human, non-human, and AI-agent identities.
• Design and execute proofs of value with prospective customers.
• Own technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Partner with Account Executives on technical opportunity strategy and deal-blocker resolution.
• Share prospect and customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or identity, including IAM, IGA, PAM, or an adjacent area.
• Working knowledge of JML, access reviews, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, SCIM, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience running live technical demonstrations and proofs of value for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business risk and ROI for CISOs and compliance stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including RFP and security questionnaire responses.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with identity governance platforms.
• Familiarity with non-human identity or AI-agent governance use cases.
• Scripting or API integration experience with Python and REST APIs.
