What you will do

• Process a full range of contracts for a global customer base, including new business, renewals, and terminations.
• Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles for SaaS, license, and services.
• Manage customer usage commit balances, license extensions, and resolve billing tickets in Salesforce.
• Drive process efficiency through the adoption of AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Own key customer accounts and serve as the subject matter expert for billing escalations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, and Legal to evolve the order-to-cash cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS and usage-based models.
• Proficiency in Zuora, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in Illinois.
