Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $156,600–$215,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead a team of specialized actuarial and analytics professionals.
• Oversee, develop, and communicate complex models and analytics supporting primary care organization reserve development.
• Analyze financial, economic, operational, industry, and market trends to support short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting.
• Establish metrics, perform data analysis, and support business intelligence and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and develop cost-effective operational and technical solutions.
• Oversee data integrity controls and perform root cause analysis of trend and restatement drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• FSA or ASA, plus a relevant advanced degree, extensive work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations.
• MAAA designation.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in more than three actuarial functions, such as modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting and analysis, reserving, or trending.
• Experience working with more than one product.
