Investments - Senior Analyst / Associate

Location: Nashville, TN, at the company headquarters. Occasional nationwide travel is required.

What you will do

• Support property acquisition and disposition transactions in the outpatient medical sector.
• Assist throughout the transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and closing.
• Lead and coordinate real estate due diligence processes and teams across multiple transactions.
• Conduct in-depth market research and support business development activities.
• Build relationships with local real estate brokers and property owners in targeted markets.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or lending.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling of real estate investments, including Argus software.
• Experience negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

• Master's degree.
