Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workplace

hirify.global operates Toqan, an internal AI platform used across the group to build, test, and deploy GenAI use cases.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Toqan product roadmap based on feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Work with internal teams and portfolio companies to scope use cases, define MVPs and success criteria, and drive adoption through first production value.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering and internal stakeholders, communicating priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Test prompts, evaluate model outputs, track adoption and usage metrics, and identify platform risks and opportunities.
• Run webinars and enablement sessions, build reusable onboarding playbooks, and incorporate relevant developments in models, frameworks, and evaluation methods into the roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI-driven, data, or developer-facing platforms.
• Practical understanding of AI agents, including the distinction between agent features and skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding or agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Technical fluency in GenAI concepts including prompting, embeddings, RAG, and evaluation.
• Ability to work closely with engineers, manage technical and non-technical stakeholders, define success metrics, and communicate clearly.
• Experience shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a decisive, ownership-driven approach.

• Experience building or scaling internal tooling or platform products.
• Experience in enablement or platform teams supporting multiple internal business units.
• Background in computer science or a related technical field.
• Interest in challenging engineering products and complex technical problems.
