Technical Product Manager (GenAI)

What you will do

• Own GenAI use cases from requirements definition and proof of concept through MVP delivery and early production stabilisation.
• Translate business objectives into technical direction aligned with GenAI, LLM, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Define requirements covering data sources, AI processing logic, validation, outputs, and acceptance criteria.
• Set scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
• Coordinate architects, backend engineers, data scientists, UX specialists, and other technical stakeholders.
• Manage delivery risks and dependencies, lead demonstrations and executive updates, and support operational readiness and handover.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Programme Management, Engineering Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based systems, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Practical understanding of RAG architectures, agent workflows, embeddings, vector databases, and data orchestration.
• Experience delivering multi-component enterprise technology solutions from concept through implementation.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders, facilitate executive communication, structure ambiguity, and align diverse teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with clear priorities, ownership, and proactive blocker resolution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI architectures and orchestration platforms.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, AI transformation, or enterprise digital programmes.
