Product Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, NYC, San Francisco, DC metro area, London, or Amsterdam. Hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per week in-office.

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 (based on location)

What you will do

• Translate product vision into concrete execution plans and own delivery.
• Build shared platform capabilities and align with peer PMs.
• Drive cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Data) toward measurable outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and direct conversations with enterprise buyers.
• Create functional prototypes using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Replit.
• Define and track success metrics to ensure business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
• Experience building platform, configuration tooling, or admin-facing products in B2B enterprise environments.
• Direct customer exposure in enterprise contexts.
• AI-native fluency: ability to build working prototypes and modify prompts without filing tickets.
• Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule (at least 2 days per week in-office).
