Senior Product Marketing Manager (Business Networking)

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market strategies and launches for the Omada business networking solution and product portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform positioning and market strategy.
• Develop consistent product messaging across packaging, sales presentations, online content, and launch materials.
• Advise on product communications, sales training, industry events, media conferences, and influencer collaborations.
• Partner with product management, sales, marketing, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to support selling processes and business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth marketing practices to improve marketing operations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing, network engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in product or growth marketing, preferably in business networking or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of business networking solutions, applications, and customer pain points.
• Ability to create impactful messaging for partners and customers and translate technical features into business benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including product presentations, video showcases, product training, and industry interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining results and quality.

• MBA or another advanced degree focused on marketing strategy or product management.
