What you will do

• Develop and refine product positioning, narratives, and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Create and standardize go-to-market playbooks, launch checklists, and sales enablement frameworks.
• Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitive tracking, win/loss analysis, and customer research.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of product marketers to ensure high-quality output.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Revenue teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor product performance and adoption post-launch to recommend strategic optimizations.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in B2B product marketing or closely related fields.
• 1–3 years of people management experience or demonstrated leadership of projects.
• Proven track record in leading research-driven product marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
