What you will do

• Configure, customize, and administer Salesforce, including custom objects, validation rules, formula fields, permissions, roles, and change sets.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, automation, and integration workflows across go-to-market tools and internal systems.
• Maintain data architecture, enforce CRM data hygiene, and troubleshoot system issues through root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
• Maintain dashboards and operational reports, audit CRM data, support forecasting hygiene, and develop scalable reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Merchant Success to improve processes and support adoption of new tools.
• Document business processes and system dependencies while providing technical support and training to revenue teams.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of Salesforce Administration or Revenue Operations experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and change management.
• Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience supporting multi-team revenue organizations.
