Business Analyst (Revenue Operations)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting.
• Analyze business performance, financial and sales metrics, recurring revenue, conversion, renewals, and account penetration.
• Support pipeline governance, forecast reviews, opportunity management, and improvements to forecast accuracy.
• Own CRM data quality, reporting, process governance, adoption, and data integrity.
• Document current- and future-state processes and support SOP development.
• Identify automation and standardization opportunities that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience analyzing business performance, developing executive reporting, gathering requirements, and improving business processes.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business intelligence platforms.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Managed Services Providers, Professional Services, IT Services, Staffing, or Technology organizations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Tableau.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, data visualization, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.
• Understanding of recurring revenue models, managed services, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Experience documenting business processes and leading process improvement initiatives.
