Senior HR Generalist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, across core HRM processes.
• Lead annual performance, compensation, and talent review cycles.
• Drive employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement organizational improvement plans.
• Manage employee relations cases, HR governance processes, disciplinary committees, and Labor-Management Council meetings.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on HR policies, internal regulations, audits, and government inspections.
• Advise business leaders on organizational challenges, leadership capability, team effectiveness, and business performance.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in a global and multicultural environment and a fast-paced business setting.
• Ability to build HR processes, frameworks, and structure in ambiguous or changing environments.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
