What you will do

• Own the global employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Develop and optimize scalable HR processes, policies, and SOPs for multiple countries.
• Oversee global HR systems, employee records, and data governance.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration via local partners and EOR providers.
• Ensure HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready across all locations.
• Lead the HR Operations function and partner with leadership to support global expansion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
• Proven experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong knowledge of global employment documentation and statutory compliance.
• Experience scaling HR processes within fast-growing companies.
• Must be based in China.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
