Ethics & Compliance Investigations Lead

What you will do

• Conduct independent investigations into misconduct, fraud, retaliation, conflicts of interest, policy violations, and other compliance concerns.
• Develop investigation strategies, analyze evidence, interview witnesses, assess findings, and prepare reports.
• Partner with Legal, Human Resources, Risk, Internal Audit, and business leaders on remediation and corrective actions.
• Administer the conflicts-of-interest disclosure program, assess risks, recommend mitigation measures, and document determinations.
• Monitor investigation trends and emerging risks to improve policies, controls, training, and compliance processes.
• Develop ethics and compliance training, awareness campaigns, communications, and periodic program reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, fraud risk management, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Experience with investigation case management systems, compliance monitoring tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with cross-functional or global investigations involving multiple stakeholders.
