Senior Manager Ethics & Compliance

What you will do

• Lead complex investigations involving fraud, bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, export control violations, and Code of Conduct breaches from intake through resolution.
• Manage evidence collection, structured interviews, root-cause analysis, investigation reports, corrective actions, and board-ready investigation metrics.
• Enhance the global third-party risk management lifecycle, including risk-tiering, due diligence, Tier-1 audits, monitoring, contractual compliance, and the TPRM Council.
• Build and deliver the M&A integrity due diligence program, including screening playbooks, transaction compliance input, integration remediation, and post-close audits.
• Maintain dashboards and trend analyses covering investigations, speak-up activity, TPRM outcomes, and overall program health.
• Lead and develop the Ethics & Compliance team while partnering with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, Corporate Development, Procurement, and business leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in ethics and compliance, internal investigations, FCPA/anti-corruption, or enterprise risk management.
• Experience leading complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations and third-party risk programs.
• Strong familiarity with DOJ ECCP expectations and the ability to build defensible, evidenced, and adequately resourced compliance programs.
• Experience with TPRM, M&A due diligence, program analytics, dashboards, and case management or TPRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or certification such as CFE, CPA, or ACAMS is strongly preferred.
