What you will do

• Conduct IT risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing mitigation measures.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Research laws, regulations, and industry standards and assess organizational compliance.
• Identify compliance gaps and develop policies and procedures for ongoing compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and risk management stakeholders to interpret requirements and provide compliance guidance.

Requirements

• Strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering.
• Analytical, technology-savvy, solutions-focused, and process-focused approach.
• Ability to research and analyze regulatory requirements.
• Ability to assess risks, identify compliance gaps, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, operations, and risk management teams.
