Vice President, Compliance & Ethics (AI)

Location: Must be based in the United States (New York)

Salary: $300,000 - $450,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and scale the U.S. compliance program in alignment with global ethics and compliance frameworks.
• Own U.S. securities compliance, including insider trading policies, MNPI controls, and beneficial ownership reporting.
• Partner with U.S. General Counsel on regulatory matters, investigations, and remediation strategies.
• Drive compliance culture through leadership engagement, targeted training, and policy positioning.
• Build metrics and reporting cadences to provide visibility into program health and emerging risks.
• Manage and develop the U.S. operational compliance team while coordinating with international counterparts.

Requirements

• 12+ years of compliance experience with fluency in U.S. sanctions and export controls.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. securities compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Proven track record in building and operating a compliance program at scale.
• Strong investigations experience and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate as a strong generalist across operational, commercial, and conduct-related issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
