What you will do
- Support the rollout of SolidWorks PDM by onboarding CAD data and engineering documents, including drawings, test protocols, specifications, and compliance evidence.
- Clean and validate metadata for controlled records, including document types, owners, statuses, and revisions.
- Test and document workflows for drafting, review, approval, release, and revision control.
- Prepare migration-ready datasets and folder structures for future PLM implementation and vendor evaluation.
- Evaluate and participate in a Polarion ALM proof of concept within the system architecture framework.
- Create work instructions, screenshots, and known-issue logs for engineering, quality, and certification stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently studying mechanical, industrial, or systems engineering, product lifecycle management, engineering management, robotics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to engineering documents, metadata, lists, and folder structures.
- Basic understanding of CAD/PDM or engineering document control, with willingness to learn SolidWorks PDM.
- Strong ownership of repetitive data-quality work and ability to identify inconsistencies proactively.
- Good English communication skills are required for collaboration with engineering, industrialization, certification, quality, and IT stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including lookup tables, structured lists, basic formulas, or simple dashboards.

- Experience with SolidWorks PDM, Polarion ALM, CAD data, or product lifecycle management systems.
