What you will do

• Drive and safeguard the chirify.globalsistency and performance of proprietary bottom unit technologies across the product portfolio.
• Develop new chirify.globalcepts and break performance boundaries using interdisciplinary engineering know-how.
• Create high-fidelity Finite Element Models to simulate complex interactihirify.globals between the human foot, footwear, and surfaces.
• Optimize athletic performance and accelerate product-to-market timelines using physics-based insights.
• Provide engineering expertise throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideatihirify.global to market launch.

Requirements

• 10+ years of footwear-specific experience in innovatihirify.global projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects in agile envirhirify.globalments.
• Deep expertise in nhirify.global-linear FEA (explicit/implicit) and the creatihirify.global of digital twins.
• Deep understanding of polymer science and compound mechanics for hyperelastic foams and viscoelastic polymers.
• Mastery of Radioss, Abaqus, and Hypermesh.
• Proficiency in NX, Solidworks, or Rhino.
