Location: Remote — 100% telework within the United States; U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: USD $142,696–$158,303 per year

What you will do

• Build and deploy production AI services, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated applications using Python and commercial or open-source foundation models.
• Implement document ingestion workflows that convert unstructured enterprise data into structured models using embeddings, vectorization, and knowledge graphs.
• Design secure REST API integrations with enterprise platforms and data sources, including Oracle, IFS, Snowflake, PLM, MES, and CRM systems.
• Containerize and deploy AI services with Docker and Kubernetes, including CI/CD automation.
• Build monitoring and evaluation pipelines to track model reliability, latency, and operational performance.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and agent configurations for production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Production experience building and deploying applications with LLM APIs for real users.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building production-grade, testable software.
• Production experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and document ingestion workflows.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating AI services with enterprise systems and data platforms.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms and cloud-native AI services.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Experience with Kafka, Airflow, streaming data pipelines, model monitoring, and evaluation systems.
• Commercial technology experience in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or platform engineering.
