Analyst, Lead Supplier Management

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, align priorities, and drive business outcomes.
• Influence decisions, resolve escalations, manage difficult conversations, and establish accountability across complex supplier relationships.
• Lead supplier performance management practices covering service delivery, operational performance, contractual commitments, and continuous improvement.
• Drive resolution of supplier issues and performance gaps through governance forums, service reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare scorecards, reporting, and executive communications on supplier performance, risks, trends, and business impact.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supplier relationships, mitigate risk, improve operational effectiveness, and maximize value realization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability through communication, collaboration, and data-driven insights.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing and executing multiple initiatives.
• Experience with contract management, SLA frameworks, and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management processes and regulatory frameworks, including DORA, outsourcing regulations, and data protection.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business, economics, finance, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience managing supplier or partner relationships in Technology, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, or another business function.
• Understanding of technology development and operations.
• Understanding of operational service delivery management, including SLA monitoring, issue identification, and remediation.
• Ability to interpret commercial terms, scopes of work, KPIs, and financial models.
