What you will do

• Identify and onboard potential sellers, brands, and stores across the CEE region.
• Lead negotiations on commercial and payment terms and close vendor deals.
• Manage seller onboarding and ensure operational readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Improve key performance indicators and align account activities with business objectives.
• Drive account engagement through regular meetings, performance reviews, and relationship building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology.
• Experience with non-fashion categories such as electronics or home goods.
• Market research and analytical skills for identifying and evaluating vendors.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
