Proposals Specialist (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Update and maintain pricing models for proposal development.
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for management presentations.
• Compile costs, schedules, and technical elements for proposals based on clinical protocols and RFP specifications.
• Develop change orders from requirements provided by Sales Representatives.
• Report proposal progress, metrics, and issues to management.
• Maintain the RFI response library, coordinate and author RFI responses, and liaise with Finance on pricing and billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration preferred.
• 2–5 years of related proposal experience.
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical experience required.
• Interpersonal, communication, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to network, negotiate, manage time, and organize work effectively.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, ambition, self-motivation, high energy, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with eClinical technologies.
• Experience with CRM solutions.
