Senior Product Manager – Fulfillment Value-Added Services (VAS)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product lifecycle for fulfillment value-added services, including personalization, kitting, UPC tagging, and retail ticketing.
• Research merchant inventory challenges through customer interviews and translate complex requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Design cart-to-floor workflows that convert merchant requests into clear, system-driven warehouse tasks.
• Integrate engraving, embroidery, and custom-labeling technology into the fulfillment platform.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations to align physical special-project stations with digital workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Go-to-Market, Engineering, and Operations to launch, adopt, and scale new offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in logistics, manufacturing, or e-commerce technology.
• Strong experience creating process flow diagrams, swimlanes, or similar operational diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, FigJam, or Visio.
• 2+ years of experience with WMS, kitting logic, or Bill of Materials management.
• Experience using operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improve fulfillment processes.
