Senior Product Manager (Warehouse Management)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Lead 0-1 development and continuous improvements for the Warehouse Management System.
• Maintain the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on company goals, team KPIs, and executive feedback.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from ideation and development through launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, UX designers, and technology teams on cross-functional solutions.
• Capture software requirements and understand front-end and back-end architecture.
• Discover, define, and measure opportunities that increase growth, reduce costs, or improve brand and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to navigate complex technical and business environments and drive product initiatives forward.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to articulate user needs, product value, and engineering scope.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Interest in logistics or supply chain and industry-specific challenges.
