Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid with two mandatory days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of hirify.global’s fulfillment and shipping journey.
• Transform shipping from a customer pain point into a competitive advantage.
• Drive product impact across a curated marketplace processing more than 150,000 objects weekly.
• Manage the interconnected effects of shipping on bidding, seller quality, and buyer experience.
• Lead change management with internal stakeholders and sellers.

Requirements

• Experienced Product Manager background.
• Relentless, self-motivated approach to driving impact over an extended period.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Systems-thinking ability to manage complex, interconnected product challenges.
• Availability to work hybrid from Lisbon with a minimum of two office days per week.
