Senior Product Builder, Shopper

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 USD per year in base compensation, plus equity and potential bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Define, scope, deliver, and iterate shopper-facing features such as personalization, curated feeds, wishlisting, onboarding, and checkout optimization.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases, remove blockers, and improve delivery velocity.
• Own feature success metrics across adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Analyze product and behavioral data, customer feedback, interviews, and shopper research to prioritize opportunities.
• Align engineering, design, data, brand, marketing, and executive stakeholders around product vision and success criteria.
• Drive post-launch optimization, experimentation, and feedback loops as the platform scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of consumer-facing products and shipped releases.
• Experience leading products through post-launch growth and measuring success after launch.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and trade-off judgment skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, design, data, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, prototyping, shipping, and getting into code when needed.
• Ability to work in or be based in New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Design background and a strong eye for UX and visual craft.
• Founder experience or experience at an early-stage Series A–C startup.
• Comfort with ML and AI concepts.
• Experience with Figma, Claude Code, Linear, Lovable, Framer, or similar AI prototyping tools.
