Integration Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: 5 days per week onsite in Clarksburg, Maryland, United States; frequent travel to field sites may be required.

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing and build activities from project kickoff through commissioning, customer turnover, invoicing, and warranty transition.
• Track and report scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, personnel utilization, and equipment readiness.
• Lead build teams of engineers and technicians, allocate resources, and develop the skills of assigned personnel.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, program teams, and other supporting functions to deliver integrated hardware-software products.
• Apply hirify.global’s Business Management System and program development lifecycle tools.
• Drive manufacturing safety practices and ensure compliance with SMS, ISO 9001, and other applicable certifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related Business or Manufacturing field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing manufacturing operations or technical projects, with proven leadership and management experience.
• Familiarity with project and operations management approaches, procedures, scheduling, and budgeting software.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, structured risk management, procurement systems, and other business systems.
• Familiarity with integrated software-hardware products, critical thinking, and strong documentation practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Clarksburg, Maryland, with frequent travel to field sites.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification or similar qualification.
• Understanding of DoD processes, product lifecycles, and NetSuite.
• Experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Exposure to safety-critical standards such as ISO 26262.
