Blockchain Developer (Web3)

What you will do

• Manage token and blockchain network operations, including token configuration, risk identification, and delisting.
• Manage deposits and withdrawals, including suspensions, resumptions, network congestion, confirmations, and address or memo formats.
• Manage wallet balances and fees, including balance supplementation, fee-profit monitoring, and adjustments.
• Build operational tools such as data dashboards, backend tools, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Diagnose operational status through daily, weekly, and other analytical reports.
• Resolve wallet issues with stakeholders and internal teams while delivering solutions for business needs.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3 projects.
• Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms.
• Experience managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and digital asset regulatory frameworks.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, self-motivation, learning ability, responsibility, and resilience under pressure.
