What you will do

• Develop a real-time cross-selling platform for personalized insurance offers using Go.
• Advance and maintain a gRPC-based microservice architecture powering multiple user-facing applications.
• Design REST/gRPC APIs for integration with core insurance platforms and third-party services (KYC, risk scoring, payments).
• Model transactional data, policies, and audit trails using PostgreSQL.
• Implement reliable event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ or Kafka for claims and notifications.
• Monitor SLA-critical flows using Grafana and Prometheus to proactively identify issues.

Requirements

• Commercial development experience of 5+ years, including 3+ years with Go in production environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• Extensive experience implementing and configuring AI within a team.
• Strong background in fintech or banking domains with experience in complex integrations.
• Proficiency with Docker, PostgreSQL, and message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Experience with gRPC/REST APIs and monitoring tools (Grafana/Prometheus).
