What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable distributed systems using Go, balancing performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and edge cases during the planning phase.
• Represent the engineering team in stakeholder meetings, communicating complex technical topics clearly.
• Lead code reviews for senior engineers to ensure high standards of resilience and reliability.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and overall engineering processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Go development.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Experience in fintech or banking domains with complex integrations.
• Strong background in AI implementation and configuration within teams.
• Higher education in Computer Science or a related field.
