CMDB/CSDM - ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM initiatives aligned with ITIL practices.
• Manage the lifecycle, accuracy, completeness, and integrity of configuration items and IT assets.
• Design, configure, and customize CMDB solutions, including CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, normalization, and Discovery.
• Integrate CMDB and Discovery with external systems through APIs, data imports, and third-party tools.
• Develop ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, Employee Center, catalog items, and workflows using Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Review code, guide junior developers and partner teams, and drive platform, data quality, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including JavaScript, integrations, configurations, and major ITSM modules.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, system integrations, APIs, data imports, and third-party tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and modern IT operating models.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification and strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Exposure to HRSD, GRC/IRM, and Employee Center.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, or CAD.
