What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and forms.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Administer and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and SPM.
• Develop test scripts and support UAT and production deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate on platform enhancements.
• Maintain platform health through performance tuning and regular upgrades.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, SPM) and ITIL processes.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Conversational or better proficiency in Spanish.
