TL;DR
Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow): Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow platform capabilities across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, integrations, and core platform services with an accent on workflow configuration, business rules, scripting, and stakeholder-driven solution design. Focus on maintaining platform health, supporting deployments and UAT, tuning performance, and ensuring data integrity and security.
Location: Remote in Brazil

What you will do
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, automation, and integrations.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into functional and technical platform solutions.
- Configure and support ITSM and CSM capabilities, including portals, incident, problem, change, CMDB, assets, and catalogs.
- Develop test scripts, support UAT and production deployments, conduct code reviews, and collaborate on enhancements.
- Maintain platform health through upgrades, performance tuning, data integrity, security, and governance.
- Provide end-user support and training.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, design, development, implementation, administration, and support.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and SPM applications, as well as ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, training, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent Portuguese and English required.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certification.
- Spanish language skills.
