Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote, anywhere in Brazil

What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, automation, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical platform solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Configure and support ITSM and CSM capabilities, including portals, incident, problem, change, CMDB, assets, and catalogs.
• Develop test scripts, support UAT and production deployments, and conduct code reviews.
• Maintain platform health through upgrades, performance tuning, data integrity, and security governance.
• Provide end-user support and training while collaborating on platform enhancements and projects.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, design, development, implementation, administration, and support.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and SPM applications.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Fluent Portuguese and fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, training, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Spanish language skills.
