What you will do

• Design and configure workflows, business rules, and scripts to meet business requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate stakeholder needs into technical platform designs.
• Develop and support ITSM/CSM capabilities, including portals, incident, problem, change, CMDB, assets, and catalogs.
• Configure and administer ServiceNow modules, automation, and integrations while maintaining platform health and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate on enhancements, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure data integrity and security governance.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, design, development, and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow applications including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and SPM, as well as ITIL processes.
• Must be based in Brazil for remote work.
• Fluent English and Portuguese language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
