Product Manager (Crypto): Leading the launch and optimization of investment and crypto products in collaboration with compliance, regulators, external partners, engineering, design, marketing, and business teams with an accent on regulatory approval, product lifecycle management, and financial risk mitigation. Focus on building proof-of-concept products, explaining technical designs and operating procedures during audits, and using data-driven experiments to improve key metrics.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Lead new investment and crypto product launches with compliance teams, regulators, and external partners.
- Clarify regulatory requirements, build proof-of-concept products, and obtain regulatory approval.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and commercialization through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, business, and compliance teams to deliver products and shape the roadmap.
- Assess liquidity, operational, and regulatory risks associated with investment products.
- Analyze data, develop recommendations, and run product experiments to improve key metrics.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product development, including successful product launches from concept to commercialization.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and cash management.
- At least 2 years of experience working with financial-industry regulators and auditors, preferably IDX, OJK, KSEI, or KPEI.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
