Senior Product Manager - Data

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do

• Define the product roadmap and strategy for data science and machine learning services.
• Translate stakeholder business problems into product requirements and communicate technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Investigate service performance and adoption, including accuracy, latency, usage, and business impact.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to shape requirements, features, and prioritization.
• Track reliable, timely product delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate product managers and analysts across concurrent projects with engineering, data science, and MLE teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience; data, ML, or platform product experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong product management fundamentals, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Working understanding of how ML models are built, deployed, and monitored in production.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, including the ability to manage, coach, and direct a team.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
