Product Manager - Platform & Growth (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product development from idea initiation and requirements definition through grooming, development support, testing, and launch.
• Write product requirements supported by data analysis and technical flows where needed.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to identify issues and improve product performance.
• Integrate user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product decisions and requirements.
• Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX design, analytics, data science, risk, and other divisions on new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development and product management.
• Strong communication, analytical, multitasking, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and brainstorm effectively with engineers.
• Technical skills in Query.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
• Technical background and experience as a business analyst or system analyst.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Experience launching products from scratch and scaling them.
