Associate Product Manager - Risk (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and improve internal products that help employees work effectively.
• Set product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate schedules with engineers and designers.
• Drive data-informed product decisions by combining user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Build relationships with operations, finance, sales, and marketing departments.
• Lead exploratory investigations, identify opportunities, and turn hypotheses into concrete projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of product management experience in a startup environment.
• Solid technical background in SQL querying and/or hands-on software development experience.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Ability to develop products and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to follow through on execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in risk management.
