Product Manager - User

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product development from idea initiation and requirements writing through grooming, development support, and testing.
• Use supporting analysis and technical flows to define clear product requirements.
• Define, monitor, and improve key metrics that measure product performance.
• Integrate user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product decisions.
• Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, analysts, data scientists, risk specialists, and other divisions on new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product development or product management.
• Strong communication, analytical, multitasking, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and brainstorm with engineers.
• Technical skill in Query.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and operate in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
• Technical background.
• Startup experience.
• Experience as a business analyst or system analyst.
• Experience launching products from scratch and scaling them.
