Product Manager - Core Banking (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product development from idea initiation through requirements, grooming, development support, testing, and performance measurement.
• Write product requirements supported by data analysis and technical flows where needed.
• Monitor key metrics to identify issues and improve product performance.
• Combine user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback to make data-informed product decisions.
• Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, analysts, data scientists, risk specialists, and other divisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product development.
• Strong communication, analytical, multitasking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and brainstorm with engineers.
• Technical skills in query.
• Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and work in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fintech or payment product management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
• Technical background or experience as a business analyst or system analyst.
• Startup experience.
• Experience launching products from scratch and scaling them.
